Two TNTs on a ph2500md has been proven to perform at the sound shop down here. Two xfls on a ph4000md also works great. I'm putting up a solid 146 legal on the dash with my hd12 on a ph4000md in my daily box which is 2ft^3 tuned to 32hz and I still catch 28hz fine with a poor electrical. I will say the phantom line of amps are tough here recently I had my rear batt give out on me and the amp was only seeing 9v for about a week before I figured out the problem, never even got hot I have sent it into protect a few times but at least the protect functions work
