American Bass PH2500 or Massice N3?

I am going to buy an amp for my subs (a pair of Memphis Reference shallow 12's - 500 RMS-1000 peak each), and I have it down to these two amps. From what I have read the are "exactly the same amp", but they are rated differently. I like the clean looks of the MA one, but I think the 'fins' of the AB would help keep it cool better. I will be running it at 1 Ohm, and I am probably going to mount it vertically, so I'm not sure how it will effect cooling on these two.

Thought, opions, ideas?

i like the massives too just put one in my sons truck on a dc level 3 15 and it hits loud at half power.i'm picking up the massive line in a day or two also.talked to them yesterday and getting everything together now .

I had a Massive NX4, completely covered (no airflow) and it never even got warm to the touch. I wouldn't worry about the heat.

So I'm guessing the vote here is for Massive. I think that's the way to go since I can get a good deal online form somewhere that carries the warranty for a year (since MA only warranties it for 90 days unless installed by a dealer).

I miss being able to buy direct. I used to co-run/install at a small town shop, and buying at cost was nice!! Now all my 'hook ups' have gotten out of the biz too. Now I'm stuck surfing the web for deals.
