i see skip your going with those amps. thats a good amount of power bro. im kind of no in the mood to spend more money on amps might be getting kind of out of comps still undecided still but im not worry about if im getting any louder.

It worked out pretty good.....did a 149.8 with absolutely no testing and a box not designed for my car again.

Gained 2.7 dbs from just this amp....same batt setup and all....i need more wire now and with some testing should be able to get a 151ish....i dont even know my peak hz with this box yet

147.1 - Sundown 1500@ .7ohm and 50hz ntoe

149.8 - AB 500.1 @ .7 and 50hz again

This amp will work for what i need right now,runs ice cold at .7 and only one batt in back

And i played it a good bit the night before...now to hook up the other one sitting in living room and get them to .35 ohm....ill have vid maybe tomm of my run

It is the same board as the IA40.1, SPL Dynamics D5 and Celestra DA6K2. I bought a IA40.1 and just installed it on a 16V system, fully charged they sit at 18.3V. This amp is beating on a single 15" TC 5200 and let me tell you, I think it is louder than the same on my DD Z1a all on 1ohm, daily setup! Polo..

well skip you did you win that comp.. 149 on your first go around is not bad. i did a 150.5 and my cd player skipped after 7 second and it was killing my score. im working on getting my hdc3 soon and when i get my z1a back ill test again. im just sick of blowing amps. now ive put audio on a back seat and dont care if i win so im not buying anymore amp right now. im saving money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yeh i won that...was 4th loudest overall or something...pretty sad haha.....you know Bret Arcenaux?

He had 4 9515s in a wall in a F150 with one Z1a, did a 155...it was pretty loud.

Other than that wasnt much out there....some Expedition with 6 15s in a wall did a 52 or something

Ill get on a TL and get this number up, unless my neighbor sells the subs before

You getting 4 12s again?.....i was thinkin 2 15s HDC3s for daily and like 6-8 10s for comp

well i have enough right now for two subs but i have to sell my golaith are rockford to get the other two subs im low on cash and i still have to pay for two amps in the shop so im broke right now until i can 4 weeks offshore and make a good two checks then ill be able to spend some money. you will get it louder bro i may get to compete against you once but not anytime too soon . mybe feb.

Sweet....im not gonna be anything too worry about..... but there is comp april 12 at MST.

well i should have my z1a back by april 12th and i might try to make the show since its MST. i like adam and scott. ill try to make but with my job its really hard sometimes and with me popping amp all the time well just dont really know but keep me posted. ill let you see my next video when i test it i will do a few different test, next time to for fun
