My system is a JVC CD player with a separate amp. When I am playing the radio on an AM station and hit a bump in the road the sound chucks in and out with the bump. This only happens on an AM station not with FM or a CD
Radio station than runs on AM band instead of FM band.......... some headunits have a local or signal boost on the radio side.... apart from that it's just got a poor am tuner (sony headunits I found have the best am quality)
