Yeah, I have heard that in MO you don't even need birth ceritficates, photo ID's are any of that kind of shit any more. Just a name plate and a photo and you are set.

If I knew that a package was to arrive at a certain date/time, and he did, and someone was awaiting payment...I would make **** sure that I was there to recieve it. That is just me.

BTW the contact number he gave me was a weather recording for his area...not such a warm fuzzy feeling now is there. Granted it is my own fault for not calling that before, but again....with 3k posts and good feedback why should I have to....
