Alternator Question

I have a USAmps Merlin MD2 with 3 40A fuses on it, so I would assume it pulls a Max current of 120A. My stock alternator is 120A, does this mean I should by a bigger alternator. I could buy a 190A alt from Excessive Amperage for a shitload, but is it worth it, do I need it?

Also, my battery measures 14+ on idle, should I still drop a Yellow top in there?

You should be fine. a 120A alternator can handle a lot.
