Alternator doesn't bolt up

Hey- I had ordered this about 45 days ago and I got it atlast... Custom made to fit my vehicle.. These bolts on the top won't adjust this at all will it? There doesn't appear to be any room for it to slide down.. That far..

At the bar waiting for a buddy and thought I'd post here before calling the vendor Monday..

Am I over looking something? Or were the braces simply fabricated off spec to the vehicle/year/make/model I had provided to said Vendor?

What car ? Possibly you may just have to use one of the mounting points on that side

2005 Lincoln ls.. I cAn fit two out of the 2 bolts..

One who pays $400 for a custom bracket you'd think it'd fit!

Think that may be my best option? You've given me good advice in the past.

I had the top and bottom left threaded leaving the right post under the belt hanging. I can't use the right post and top as it's leave it tilted

Yea figures. Sounds like they made one for the wrong year

For the cost of a custom alternator it should fit perfectly.

Well... I'll call em Monday and see what they have to say. I really don't like the idea of only two bolts.. One not even being on the pressure side of the alternator with the belt..
