Altenator SIze?

Alright, I've made bigger plans for my sound system and now I need to know if my elecctrical system can handle it. I own a 'used' 1994 Dodge Ram Sport the the 5.2 (318) V8, It's a truck so I was assuming that it would be factory installed with a 100 amp alt. already, but I'm not sure. I know on larger model Ford's (F250+) and Chevy's they come with 200 amp alt. but I do want to make sure. Can anyone tell me where I can find this info or if they know for sure?

Nah I found it. It's at lest a 136 ampere altenator, of course that's what comes std. on the 3.9L V6 and I think it just transfers over to the 8's.

My friend has the towing package and we went down to the local Dodge dealer and they wrote the VIN in their comp...its said a 130amp alt from the factory. The coolest car is the Honda S2000 160 amp alt...in a tiny car!
