take a few handfull of vitimins a day works alot better then a NO supplement if your still bent on using a NO supplement and do not want creatine. look at buying the active ingrediants in bulk and use as wantedLooking at taking an NO supplement to help me bulk up over the next couple months, then start my cutting regimine. I know to cycle it, but have no idea which brand(s) I should look into.
My diet's pretty solid, with some cheats here and there, and I take Whey protein a couple times a day. I just have a very high metabolism and have always had a hard time gaining weight due to my athletic nature. I do not want creatine. period.
So, what's your suggestions?
Also, how long does a cycle typically last? I'm guessing a couple weeks.

thats bc you are supposed to go 2 months on and one off...yup food must be in check first.. then the suppand to answer the original question, I tried NO explode, after a few months though the effect wears off.
