Looking at taking an NO supplement to help me bulk up over the next couple months, then start my cutting regimine. I know to cycle it, but have no idea which brand(s) I should look into.
My diet's pretty solid, with some cheats here and there, and I take Whey protein a couple times a day. I just have a very high metabolism and have always had a hard time gaining weight due to my athletic nature. I do not want creatine. period.
So, what's your suggestions?
Also, how long does a cycle typically last? I'm guessing a couple weeks.
