Alriiiiiiiighty, name your NO Supplement

Suppliments wont do the work for you. 4 weeks dont give you much time to make noticable differences anyways. Shoulda been on this one a few months ago
I've worked out off/on for over 5 years. Everytime I start getting the results I want I get injured again and have to pick right back up from the start. At my "best" I was in great shape, then separated my shoulder and it took the wind out of my sails for a few months.

You are completely right, but just letting you know that I'm not new to working out. I've learned from the past that I'm a hard gainer. The only supplement I'd be taking is NO, because whey (to me) isn't a supplement in the sense that most people take it.

Where did you get 4 weeks from, though?

try a thick pb sandwhich before bed with a glass of some vitamin d milk... it worked for me in highschool when i was most active.... how much you lookin to gain before cuttin up

I already do that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

To be honest, I don't have a specific weight set. As I said, I'm a very hard gainer, so it's going to be unrealistic for me to say 10lbs. I'd honestly be happy with gaining 5lbs and then cutting up a little bit.

I'm just hoping that this time I can stay injury-free.

I figured u were tryin to get in shape for Spring Break, alot of threads pop up aruond this time of year. Not tryin to sound like a dick. If you want really good results PB&J with milk and whey 2-3 times a day including before bed will really help you out. I suggest a basic 3 workout plan (Squat, Deadlift, Bench), cut the cardio to a minimum, and realize that NO suppliments are poop. Best bet is some kind of creatine, BSN has Cellmass that is really good

try lookin at some advocare (sp?) products... my buddy used them when he was going through his building phase... they also have a supplement for after gaining weight that helps to burn poket fat for getting cut up

Nah, not worried about spring break, man. I'm married. No chicks to impress other than her, and she really doesn't care what I look like as long as I don't get a gut.

I actually just started doing legs again. I've always avoided that particular group because I figured I would overwork them when I rode my bike. I realize that's pretty nieve now, though.

I may take your guys' advice. I was honestly just looking for a little something 'extra', but since I have never read up on NO, and never taken it before I thought I'd ask here.

meh... if your looking for a powder and it must be an NO supp. then NO vapor is the way too go, hits you a little harder than NO explode from my experience...

BTW: NEVER, EVER try to run hard (any kinds of long sprints or distance running) while your on an NO supp

I am interested in this too. the best I am using is weight gainers, with recomended protein intake( one gram of protein for every pound).

My school dosnt allow creatine and you will be kicked off of the school atheletics if your caught with creatine in your system too, so what are some mass and muscle builders what actually work, without creatine?

and how would your school "test" for creatine since its a natural substance in your body //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

my brother is a old coach, and just word would get around even if I tried to sneek it around. I just cant have creatine nomatter how much it would help me, have to settle for a little less I guess?

Don't waste your time with NO products, like already mentioned.

Waste of money and time, they do nothing but give you a pump and dialate your blood vessels some for a short period of time.

If you insist on using something, creatine is better for sure, check out Creatine Ethyl Ester. If I'm using creatine I'll usually just buy the bulk powder CEE from nutraplanet.com Does the trick.
