Yea i tried to get the kca-121b cable today from bestbuy and they said they dont sell them anymore?? was the dude just on crack or what?

You asked for the cable that has the red and white preouts. The cable I linked you to has those.

As S-video cable is something completely different, and something I don't think is even offered by alpine. S-video is for a video input, the aux adapter on the alpine is for SOUND input only.

And FYI, the cable i linked you to IS the kca-121b.
