yeah the cvrs sounded real sloppy i'm kinda looking foward to hearing a sq oriented sub because all the ppl in my area throw shitty but loud subs on there 4k watt lanzars and pound there cars to pieces im gonna like being semi loud with good quality

well i did have the cvrs sealed in wally world boxes so i think the type x might give them a run for there money XD

I have 2 type x 12"s and 2 pdx 1000.1 and it sounds great and still loud.. lacks the lows that some other subs have but for 160 its a great price.

well i did have the cvrs sealed in wally world boxes so i think the type x might give them a run for there money XD

they sounded sloppy because you had them in a crapass prefab box. put the cvrs in a better box and they'll sound good

Sold the cvrs to make profit and they were OLD AS hell like 2002 model so im glad i made my money back and kept the amp XD

Maybe your box is no good if the x is lacking in lows.

Type x should be worth 160, this weekend a kid told me they're 1200 dollar subs and he has a pair he'll sell to me for only $600.
