alpine type s 5 1/4 components?

i was thinking about getting 2 sets of them i have custom kick panels in the front and custom ones in the back for 5 1/4s and a 1in tweeter i was just wonder how these would sound, and how they perform at high volumes............... and also the type s 5x7s? or would the diamond audio 5x7 components be better than those?

Just get 1 set of comps for the fronts having a set in the back will mess up imaging, if you really want somearfill get some cheap coaxials and bandpass them if you have the means.

what car are these going into -- musical tastes? rest of the system? ultimately you should just put speakers in the front unless all you care about is spl...

would the CDT ef-5 5 1/4s be better then run the diamond audio components or would mismatching be bad? i've personally only messed with coaxials i've never owned components before so im looking to try something new
