alpine type r's or rockford p2s

if you could choose between

alpines SWR-1241D, or SWR-1242D or rockfords ps212s4

which one would you choose

and which one will be louder

which one will give the most bass

which one will be better sound quality

and one more question whats the difference between

SWR-1241D and SWR-1242D and it a big difference and is it worth going with SWR-1241D for a cheap price

i have two swr-1021d and they pound with only 250 watts rms goin to each. not sure about the p2's. but the difference between the 1241 and 1242 is that the 42 is this years model, it handles 500 watt rms rather than the 1241's 300 watts rms. the sq of these subs is amazing...but they still get loud. cant go wrong with alpine type r's.
