I have a Honda 2002 Accord am wanting to install a set of Alpine SPR-60C 6.5 components in my doors. Im running an Alpine PDR V75 and my install guy in town said he should be able to make them work with an adapter. I have heard these don't fit in my car so Im wondering if anyone knows if these will fit with some light modification in my doors. Thanks.

Per crutchfield it will be a modified fit and you will need a addition bracket to do this. Crutchfield is calling them Kick Panels and they run about 189.99 for a pair.
Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures

I cant find them anywhere else.

PS...

I have this set up with a Sound Ordnance M4075 that I got from Crutchfield, they are loud, clear, and of awesome quality. They are a great buy and about 150 a pair on amazon.
thats not a bracket thats a KICK PANEL. a KICK PANEL goes down in the corners not on the doors. first post is an advice post and its incorrect advice...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

You can just make stuff fit with an MDF ring along with closed cell foam in between to get a perfect seal.

Okay, well how about this....Just buy speakers that fit your car
No aftermarkets fit perfectly, there will always be gaps and contours that will leak sound. Quality of install depends on how well you recreate the factory seal. which impacts sound quality by a lot.
