2014 sierra crew cab help

Ok, I cannot figure out what I want to do. I plan on keeping the factory head unit. after that I am lost. I am not sure if I want to, or even afford to go active, of if I should stay passive. I just want good sq sound. I will run an amp and also a sub. I want everything to blend together nicely. I don't want to spend more than about $300-350 on front stage. 200 for speakers and 150 for whatever else I may need for this. Thank you.
