Almost got pulled over

One time me and my friend was in his truck and 5 of my other friends were in a truck behind us, and we were both speedin to get home just messin around. There was a state patrol sittin on the side of the road and both of us blew by him doin about 80 and he sat there for awhile like he wasnt going to pull anyone over, and then he pulled out and pulled my friends behind us over.

He didnt even look at there license or anything he just said doin 80 in a 45 isnt to cheap boys yall slow down some allright it was hilarious me and my friend were dyin laughin because they got pulled over but at the time it happend we were both nervous as he11.

same here, but the 40 hours of driving and 10 of those MUST be at night, down here thats in order to get ur real license when ur 16.

Where have you heard about this? I still have my permit and no one has said anything to be about 40 hours of driving. Maybe its a county to county law?

to get ur license when ur 16 u need 40 houts of driving experience and 10 must be night hours, its whole florida, your parents have to sign also saying u did do the 40 hours.

In Kansas its IP (instructional Permit) at 14 or a Farmers Permit which is the same as a Restricted at age 15 basicly. On both you can drive to and from school to and from work unatented by a person the age of 18 or older with a legal drivers license. Other than that you can drive anytime with a license carrier over the age of 18 in the vehicle. To get a unrestricted license at the age of 16 you have to have had an IP or higher level of license for a year and 10 hours of night driving and 40 hours of day driving.

In oklahoma you have to have your permit 6 months regardless. You are allowed to get your permit at the age of 15 1/2. IMO that law blows. I'm already 16 and I have to wait until september until i can get my license.

these license rules are sh!t, luckily I got my permit when I was 17, and only had to wait 30 days to get my license, had I gotten my permit when I 15-16 I would of had to of gone through all that crap of driving a certain amount of hours with a guardian, then get a restricted, etc. Neways as far as I know here in Nevada, if you get a permit before you're 17 you have to go through the BS system, but when you are 17 and up you just have to wait 30 days before you can get a license, but whatever I got my license and glad to have it over with, the DMV sucks azz, the people are there are typically azzholes, and they make it quite a hassle to get a stinking license, I know a ton of people that drive illegally cuz they don't want to hassle with it, and I can still remember reading that stupid azz "buckle up" book for the written test in which contained very little information that was relevant on the road in reality.

oh and btw earlier today I was doing 50 in a 35 with my music up, and I look over to left side of the road and some guy was pulled over getting a ticket, I passed on by glad that it wasn't me
