Message: <blockquote data-quote="Jim Boom" data-source="post: 1043313" data-attributes="member: 549214"><p>In Kansas its IP (instructional Permit) at 14 or a Farmers Permit which is the same as a Restricted at age 15 basicly.  On both you can drive to and from school to and from work unatented by a person the age of 18 or older with a legal drivers license.  Other than that you can drive anytime with a license carrier over the age of 18 in the vehicle.  To get a unrestricted license at the age of 16 you have to have had an IP or higher level of license for a year and 10 hours of night driving and 40 hours of day driving.</p></blockquote><p></p>
