what were the dimensions of your enclosure to fit into the trunk opening? im trying to see what are the dimensions i can work with but i don't know how to measurement my trunk opening accurately.

uh i had to pull the bottom plastic thing that is right over the latch off, but if u sand the bottom corners and edges and get some one to pull on the bottom of the box from the back seat you can fit 16 high by 37 wide by 21 deep. i mean to fit 21 deep with the box being 16 high you need to really sand the back bottom and its corners and you HAVE to take that gray piece off to get it in. my box came out to 4 cubes ported with 72"of port with those dimensions. also i have a 97 maxima if that helps.

my enclosure isn't going to be that tall (16") my enclosure is going to be more like 14 inches high. so it should fit 20-21" deep right? thanks.

another for 4th gen owners, i know its not in the right section but i dont want to make another thread.

if you have the big3, about how much wire did you use? i dont want to buy too little or excess. is 15ft. good?

idk. i haven't done it yet. i have very very minimal dimming without it and i am running around 1700 rms. i am doing it soon but i assume 15 is a little much cuz my power wire is that long. but idk.

i was driving with the lights on and my voltage was at 11.6 at full tilt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif i guess i need to upgrade to 0 gauge throughout the car....cuz i am all stock with one run of 4 gauge for power. i hope to get it in the mid 12's wit the big 3 and power done in 0 gauge and a kinetik 1800 under the hood(which i measured and it should fit perfectly) ill measure that again tho.

I have a 96.

Best bet on the height of your box is 13.5 inches so the torsion bars in the trunk don't rub on the top when the trunk lid is open. I made my box 14 inches and it just barely touches, so I put a metal plate on the top where it rubs and shot it with some triflow, solved the problem.

The specs for my box are 31.5 wide x 14 high x 26 long on bottom, 24 on top.

It went in no problems, you could probably make it a good inch or two longer than mine, but don't go any wider. Mine fits like a glove.

Oh, it's 4.3 ft^3, if you were wondering on the volume.
