How is April have anything to do with summer? Can we do it again later since its 3-4 hours for me.
My install won't be ready by then and I'll be in AZ for the following week after the 27th if we have to reschedule due to weather or something..

June July would be sweet. This thread is spur of the moment all together really. Its turning into a friends only thing for locals its lookin like.

no reason we cant make two meets. i mean i would like to do it in the summer also more towards june but some people dont liek waiting that long. but i have no problem with it. we can call for 2 different ones or if everyone agrees we could meet up for a huge one in the beggining of june. who wants to do one in early june?

i say saturday and sunday the 26 and 27. the weather will be nicer, and people will have time to get all there stuff done. lets set that as our meet date and then get a location around and times. and if something ends up happening due to weather and we have to cancel we can always go for the following weekend. but i think the 26 and 27 will be perfect for what we want. people can also bring some of there extra stuff and sell it to other members in person or make it like a little swap meet.

Exactly, this doesnt have to just be a one time only deal. I mean, especially for the guys that have to travel far. If we can get something together soon then we can get a good idea of how it will turn out. So how does an April meet and June meet sound for all you guys?
April 26-27 and June 14-15?
so lets go with the original one on the 26 and 27 and then we can have another towards june, lets say 14 and 15. sound good? same location different times, anyone can come and bring who they want. true audiophiles getting together and knowing each other and showing the equip. if you have stuff to sell bring it along and sell it or swap it with other peoples stuff. someone mentioned earlier they will bring a grill, and we can all just pitch in for burgers and dogs and condiments. you can bring or go buy your own drinks and lets have it start around 12:30-1 o'clock on the first day, and people can show up when they need to. bring all your clothes and supplies and find a near campground or we could try and get a group hotel package at a local place and try and get discounts for a big group. sound like a plan?

I'm down for sure, but June would be nice. My HDC3's wont get to my house till mid-to late April.....and I know you guys wanna hear them. Later would be better tho...I will bring a couple friends too....I'm gonna have $4k in this setup and it would be cool if someone could here it
....even if we could do a couple events that would cool

I think those dates should work out fine. Hopefully most people will be able to make arrangments for one of the weekends. Im going to try and get in contact with the bar that I mentioned earlier and see if we can have the meet there. I think it would be a very suitable location since its off the road a little bit and not a bunch of big business around, less people to disturb.
This is what I have planned so far:
Bring grill, burgers, dogs, and what not
Bring out-door stereo setup
Bring two laptops for people to set up TL meters on
Bring car with bumps
Try and bring a big tent and table
Ill let you guys know for sure if this location will work or not, and Ill post up some pictures once I find a spot.
