i didnt have to drop the html just open up the file with winrar and it will extract.

Just remove the .html from the end.It will be just a 12_volt_resource.rar when you are done. Then just open it up click on the file and extract to a folder on your hard drive where you can find it.

The .html wasnt on the end of the filename.

It will work just like that or you can burn it to a CD; but you don't have to.
