its. rar u need winrar to open it. Its cool. only 59MB download, I looked thro most of it.

Just remove the .html from the end.

It will be just a 12_volt_resource.rar when you are done. Then just open it up click on the file and extract to a folder on your hard drive where you can find it.

It will work just like that or you can burn it to a CD; but you don't have to.
