I am getting ready to install my viper alarm and from what I have been reading it is a good idea to hid your brain somewhere. So today after getting my wire from a great seller fasfocus00 I quickly got to work and made my harness. It will be wrapped again with palstic tubing to make it look more factory. Take a look:cool:

All cut and straighten out

After taped them up so they wouldn't tangle up

the 3 feet of wire on the brain isnt enough? where do you plan on mounting the brain and what about the antenna. sounds like a great idea i have done it before but if that antenna isnt on the windsheild it dont work for crap on the rear or sides. behind the radio or glove box or center console is where i install them.

That is not a very good idea, if im a theif and i look under your dash for the alarm wires to cut, guess what stands out from the rest of the regular wires/splitloomed wires...your nice techflexed wiring. Looks good but stands out like a sore thumb which kinda defeats the purpose of an alarm.

Not insulting you but I guess you cant read. When I install it I am putting the plastic wire covering over to make it blend in and also using fake wires and a fake brain.
I did the fake wire part i want to do the fake brain though... just one more thing to make it hard on the guy tryin to steal your stuff...lol

are you putting multiple sirens ? back up battery ? proximity sensor ? strobes ? put a siren and strobe inside the cab too, nothing like a siren ripping inside the car and strobe to fuk with concentration ! lol . . . dood and defintiely proximity sensor ! ftw !~

Is that wire even thick enough to provide the amount of current needed to remote start all the way from the trunk?
That is just for the main power and all the remote start is going to be a separate harness that I am making that will be plenty thick.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif:crazy:

As for the sirens and all I am going to have a battery backup a alarm siren that has its own battery and another inside but no strobe. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
