Alarm not loud enough

I just got the viper 3000 2-way alarm put on my civic yesterday. It sounded loud when we were in the best buy install bay, but its not that loud when you arent in a small room.

Is the volume adjustable on this unit itself? Or is there something else I need to do?

Also,is the sensitivity adjustable?

when you arm or disarm car.

Are the piezo's louder than the viper sirens?

ANd if so, can it be mounted in the same general area as the siren i already have, or can it just be inside?

Piezo's i believe can be mounted anywhere i know people that have put them underseat's in the hood in the trunk etc....and yes they are very loud.

pizos are just really high pitched sound... annyoing to listen too... under ur dash... not under the hood ////

not really comon to do pizos under the hood..... inside yes... but not in the engine bay, usually i put 2 or 3 sirens under the hood.
