My doors are deadened. There's some ctx65cs on the door hooked up on 300watt per side. Everything sound nice but i'm sure there a way to get more of them...

Since the mounting deep of the speaker is high,i needed to instal some plastic adaptor to make them fit. In the end, the door is sealed tight, except for one of the screw that broke an hole in the adapter. Result= a little air leak. When i'm playing music loud i can feel the air coming out from this little hole.

Do you think i'll gain something by fixing this hole somehow? I know 6.5 speakers are mainly made to work infinite baffle but would the little leak affect their performance?

Thanks for the feedback. It was a long shot but there will definitely be much more powerful subs in the trunk, so clearing it out isn't an option...
