Aiming for 4k, Alternator/Battery/Wiring Questions

I Know the alternator charges the battery, I just was told it is better to use a battery charger if they get drained, is this correct or this won't make much of a difference?

I thought having a separate alternator would of been better, but to be fair no one has really said I should ONLY go with one.

I never 'bump' with the vehicle off, but I do usually run my stereo on low, I should be fine with 1 under the hood, and 1 for each amp?

For the 2 Amps running 1 sub, I googled that, a lot came up about running each coil off it's own amp, but I see nothing about it on kicker's wiring diagram page, is it SAFE? Now I am having second thoughts about this.

yes you use the battery charger if it gets drained.

yes having another alternator is better but its not necessary for u application. just a waist of money i think.

yes the biggest that'll fit under ur hood and 2 2400's in the back will be fine.

you dont need 2 amps to each sub. just buy one amp that's big enough for each sub.

well make that two. One H/O alternator is fine. Just make sure its a decent size and two nice batterys. One up front and one and the back (maybe two). You should be fine with that, but ever car electrical needs is different. Just make sure you do the big 3, and run sufficient wire to the amps and batteries. I plan on running 6k this winter with my new car, and even still I want get another alternator

Running ONE sub Dual Voice Coil, powered each coil with its own amp, not 2 amps 2 subs. I am pretty sure you can do that correct?

And for the battery post I run the 2 rear batteries off the alternator, then I install the Isolator and run the front one off the Isolator correct?(Says not to mix batteries that aren't the same or does it only go for different brands?)

Then I run two wires from the front battery to the rear batteries, one to each of the rear batteries? All this wiring should be done with 1/0 Gauge correct?

The batteries negatives DO NOT have to be connect do they? Just grounded in a good spot?

Edit for pic: This is how I wanna set it up? http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee268/Allan-2greasy/Batteries.jpg?t=1254953263
