You are probably right, but how hard is it to let someone know whats up? It makes me think he doesnt really know whats going on or when Ill ever get the sub. If he could say it WILL be there by next weekend, good. If he says it will be there for sure in 2 weeks, I can handle that.
So I guess Ill just sit back and see what happens...

I know exactly what is going on, I have told you exactly what I know. I also told you I would buy you a brand new one if the 3rd person rips me off, which I am 99.999% sure he won't. You will get your sub!!!!

and so you can rest, it will be there in 2 weeks. this way if it shows up sooner you will be pleasently suprised.

kmanian is an awsome guy. if anything bad does happen kent is the type of person to step up right away and make it right however he can.

the ironic thing about this is I sent my stash of UL's to the 3rd party to do just that makr a situation right. the 3rd only needed 1 ul because one I sent him was messing up after 1k watts, I decided to send him 2 brand new ones so they could be broken in at the same time. had I not sent him both I would have had a spare to send out. but I guess thats what I get.

Dont really understand what that means but OK

It means he didn't install his system and is having his installer change out the 2 ul12's sent him as replacements this week.

Im sorry for asking so much. The reason is is I was scammed about $900 a while ago by someone who seemed like a good stand-up guy. I was getting worried b/c this deal started to unfold just as the bad deal did.

jesus christ, this guy is doing everything he can to get you your sub, most people wouldnt refund you 150$ either! I want to do business with this guy just because he actually stays in touch with you, he's posted more on this thread than you too, be patient or cry all day.... from what I read it really wasn't his fault he cant send you the 2nd one anyway

I understand your paranoia and I might have similar reactions that you have projected, but in all honesty, kman is a great guy. I've never done business with him, but after being on this forum long enough, you become pretty good at profiling people, not everyone, but most if you're good enough. He's authentic. No need to worry, but yet again.....understandable.

He will come through with the subs for you man. I'll vouch for him.

Have you not read why the guy is a lil nervous?The people that know kmanian knows he will make this right,but if YOU had been scammed of 900 bucks you wouldn't trust a motherfuccer so give the man some reassurance instead of some shit.

Mike and I made a deal to trade 2 RE subs + cash for 2 UL subs. Mike has followed through with his end of the deal in record time. I however have been the slow shipper and have made him nervious, which is totally understandable.I am posting this to serve as proof of my intent.

I was online, I walked away from the computer and left it on. I have not been avoiding you. I am shipping the subs out today, if it will make you feel better I will refund your money until you recieve them in good condition.

Not that it is in any way your problem, I have been extremely busy and have dropped the ball on getting them out. I however will do so this afternoon.

I want to make it clear that you have been more than honorable and the delay is my fault.

I will post this in the general section as proof of my intent.

rc10mike, would it help if he refunded the trade value for the 1 sub until it arrives? He was willing to before, maybe he still is.

Im not really worried anymore, after speaking to kmanian and getting a reply from the 3rd party I feel a lot better. I received the 1st sub today and it looks great!

I guess I underestimated just how super busy some people are, but now I can say for 100%that kmanian is a honest person.
