In my last conversation with the 3rd person he said he was getting his installer deal with his ride this week. I will try to contact him again tomorrow

Well I tried to contact the 3rd person a few days ago about the whole deal by pm. Last night he finally showed up online saying he was "private messaging" yet I didnt receive one from him. This waiting game with no real answers is getting real old. I mean it takes all of 1-2 min to send a response.

So I figured Id try to call kmanian myself just to see whats up. In the beginning of this he gave me his contact#. I tried calling it a few times over the last few days even left a voicemail and still nothing.

Now I understand people are busy/have lives/ etc. but if they have enough time to visit these forums then they could at least leave some responses or pm's IMO.

Im trying hard not to sound impatient or rude, after all, he did refund me $150 but honestly all I want is the subs, and the sooner the better.

I think this is one of those situations where it's just best to be patient. Honestly, I would just give him a few days and than contact him and see what the status is. I usually try not to nag people that much unless something seems strange because it might just get on their nerves and make them not want to contact you.

You are probably right, but how hard is it to let someone know whats up? It makes me think he doesnt really know whats going on or when Ill ever get the sub. If he could say it WILL be there by next weekend, good. If he says it will be there for sure in 2 weeks, I can handle that.

So I guess Ill just sit back and see what happens...

I don't understand how anyone would not get impatient /nervous when dealing with someone when purchasing goods over the net when things get touchy,the seller seems like a real stand up guy but hey

He's probably having trouble getting a hold of the other person as well. I've never dealt with kmanian but so far it looks like he's trying to handle things in a good manner.

Nah, at this point Im not really concerned about being scammed. I am concerned about this other sub though. He does seem like a good guy, so I hope he can complete the trade in a timely manner.

Well, I just got back from being in ATL for the farters day week end, and have found this thread. As for being on CA over the weekend, I did log on with my wifes blackberry, but it was a total pain in the ***, I never got to check PM's or this thread. And as for the calls, it was a family weekend and I left my phone unattended for the most part all weekend, on top of that I was in the only freekin part of ATL that has shitty cell coverage, I was able to get text and info. I did see a couple numbers and replyed via text, one of them ended up being Mike, I told him I would call him when I was back in Nashville. We spoke today, I didn't get the oppertunity to contact the 3rd party, I will do tomorrow.

I would like to note, that I not only sent him $150 for the delay, but I offered to send his subs back and pay the shipping to get my UL back. He declined. I am working as swiftly as possible to get the other one to him.

if anything bad does happen kent is the type of person to step up right away and make it right however he can.
