Mike and I made a deal to trade 2 RE subs + cash for 2 UL subs. Mike has followed through with his end of the deal in record time. I however have been the slow shipper and have made him nervious, which is totally understandable.

I am posting this to serve as proof of my intent.

I was online, I walked away from the computer and left it on. I have not been avoiding you. I am shipping the subs out today, if it will make you feel better I will refund your money until you recieve them in good condition.

Not that it is in any way your problem, I have been extremely busy and have dropped the ball on getting them out. I however will do so this afternoon.

I want to make it clear that you have been more than honorable and the delay is my fault.

I will post this in the general section as proof of my intent.

I do have some bad news though I dropped the other ul while packing them up the structure is fine but the coil I think is misaligned. I am sending it back to Cmass for repair. I have been scrambling to get another one. I sent 2 other UL's to a guy (skater) as backup for his system, I have called him and he will send one directly to you asap. you can verify with him as to the validity of our conversation. I am terribly sorry about this, Murphy moved in with me and I can't get him to leave:crying: I am going to refund you $150 for the inconvienence. this is the only thing I can think of to do to make things as right as possible.

At the end of the day, I have wasted your time. You will recieve 2 ul12's just one will be there a little sooner than the other. I am also refunding you $150.00

Well as of 3:49pm that tracking number doesnt work. Is it UPS? Also, what kind of condition will this other one be in and when will I get it?

it was bnib when I sent it to him, he is a great guy hence I sent him the additional as spares. I would think it is just as it was except for being mounted.

As for the tracking number not working, give it a few hours, I jsut dropped it off a couple hours ago.

I jsut want to make it clear that I have screwed up here, and if you want I will refund you all your money, send your subs back and pay for the ul that I sent to you to be returned.

I have been very straight forward with you, I have hid nothing, I have admitted that the delay is my fault, I have sent you a refund of $150 + $10 for fees. I have also offered to undo it all. I do not know what else to do for you to make you comfortable, I am sincerely sorry for this situation, I have had stellar feeback here and other sites. I have run into a snag, and I am giving you my word that you will get the subs you want. Exactly how sure are you that he will ship this sub to me?

lets put it this way, he bought 2 ul 12s from me, one wasn't acting correct, I trust him enough for me to have sent him 2 more with nothing but his word, if he dosen't I am out a whole bunch of money and you will still get another ul wven if I have to buy it new. I have always and will always follow through with a deal.

Im glad to hear you're willing to make this right, but lets hope he doesnt send me the "bad" one! What was it doing?

Hey, I haven't changed my story, I have perfect feedback, what part of it isn't right asside form the fact that I haven't shipped them as fast as you. If you are that uncomfortable, let me send you subs back I will have the ul returned to me and we will call it a day. I have taken full responsibility in public for the situation.

 

If he send you the "bad one" I will send you another good one. get intouch with any member I have delt with and ask what their experiance has been. I have always admitted when I am wrong and gone the extra mile to make it right. I have given you one of the subs for the = of $450.00 not that that excuses me being late. but I have tried to make it right and you still seem to have this huge cloud hanging over you.

If you are that uncomfortable simply say so, I will refund you money, send your subs back and call it that.

 

Otherwise let it go.
