question about this tang band mid

do these get musical at all? i mean, do you think it would work decent with eclipse xover and tweeter? i get good midbass from the eclipse's i have, but ever since i got that tiny tear in the surround im afraid to set it up for midbass in fear or ruining the drivers. these look like beasts, but i have no clue how musical they would be. any info would be appreciated

use some clear nail polish on the mid...and your goo dot go...i had to do it with my rainbow mid way back when

oh ive already sealed the tear with some black resin epoxy. im just afraid of them over excurting again. they sound amazing, and can have incredible midbass. i just dont know why it tore. i wasnt pushing them to hard
