Aftermarket head unit install

Quick question... I am installing a new aftermarket receiver. I will be connecting the receiver to my amps via RCA cables and running new speaker wire from the amps to all speakers. My receiver has 3 RCA outputs (front speakers, rear speakers, subwoofers). I am running door speakers off of 1 amp and subs off of another. My plan was to run only 1 set of RCA's from the receiver to the amps and patch the amps together using preouts. My question is, which output do I use on the back if the receiver?

Thanks!

1 set of RCAs for mid/highs from front speaker outputs.

1 set of RCAs for subs from sub outputs.

Don't do it any other way or you will make all the nice equalizers and crossovers that aftermarket head unit has useless. Might as well leave the stock HU
