Heat shrink tubing

I'm installing a Kenwood DDX371 head unit into a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5S

This will just be a head unit install. I bought the Kenwood through Crutchfield so I also got the added wiring harness adapter through them.

What type of heat shrink tubing do you recommend for the wiring harness? I've done a lot of reading and I'm having a hard time deciding the size ( 3/16, 3/32 etc ) or on the shrink ratio ( 2:1 or 3:1 )

I am also wondering if the tubing should have adhesive such as from 3M.

Is there a default brand that most people here recommend?

Thank you

Thank you guys for the replies. I just got back from Harbor Freight with more heat shrink tubing than I will ever use. I think I got every size and color combination there was and it only cost me $9
