Aftermarket Double Din for 2005 Acua MDX

Ok so on all the cars I've worked on they have been pretty simple to change the head unit. With this vehicle it has two factory amps and Navigation. One amp is apparently for the Sub and the other is for the 6 speakers.

So what I'm looking for is some help on figuring out how to bypass the factory amp for the 6 speakers and hook up the factory sub and amp to the head unit.

Any help would be appreciated
