Lol @ $50 for a volt meter. OP go to ebay search volt meter and you'll find some mini volt meters for under $10.

I think I paid $4 for this and it arrived in like 3 days. Yes it is bright but some thin black film will calm that down if you don't want it to stick out so much. My volt meter is right under my headunit and it's the same color as the screen so it doesn't really stick out much tbh.

Unless you're losing voltage, are you sure it's not just in your head. Just you getting used to it over the course of a few minutes? Happens to most people over time. Always seems louder the first time you hear it than the 100th time.

There's actually a few things.... #1 would be like everyone else says and make sure you have the electricity needed to run your amp... volt meter. #2 Have you done the big 3 upgrade? If not do it. #3 what kind of enclosure are u using? How hot are the subs getting? As the voice coils heat up they cause more resistance. More resistance = less power transfer from the amplifier. I've never ran p3 woofers so I have no idea what the cooling capabilities are. Google power compression.

clippin casusing distortion, generating heat lowering your power output . lower you volume it should play consistant and still have the ability of turning the knob back up alpine amp is digital .its drawing as much power as it can until the supply gets lower which then would limit you overall output . get a 2nd bat and some good 0 guage wire . what guage wire do you cutrrenly have?

Get a shuriken bt40 and good 1/0 or 4/0 and that should solve all your problems. EFX wire is pure shit bro

Verify your battery and alternator are good. Then tune the amp properly.

The big 3 should be done no matter what...it costs like $20 to do and it clears up one of the biggest bottlenecks in a setup.
