aero or slot? whats the difference?

Not necessarily. Most spl competitors use slots for big boxes where aeros are unpractical(some will use kerfed ports to increase eff. however, for single sub setups Aeros are the way to go imo.
Dude, you're totally wrong on this one. The "real" heavy hitters all use aeros.

Some of ya'll crack me up. Basically guessing or regurgitating stuff you've heard or read. Come to dB Drag finals and check out what kind of ports are being used in every loud street setup. Aeros are louder than slots in street spl applications. There's no arguing or debating it. This is a fact that has been proven by the top spl competitiors.
