You OBVIOUSLY cant read since it seems that elevation did NOTHING to aleviate the situation with Mike until AFTER the members of the forum spammed phone calls and they were called out. The members and their phone calls got the point across and this thread acheived the very purpose its creation intended. So please....stfu.

riiight, unfortunately there were still people posting up about their prank calls and wanting an email address even after Elevation's owner made his post. So after that, there is no reason to continue. Look at the timeline of all the posts, do a little math, and you will see what I'm talking about. I agree, he didn't seem to care until this forum when after him, but now that he's trying to make good on the issue, there's no point to continue. Other than the fact that it makes you all seem like a bunch of little kids throwing a tantrum, if it goes too far, like some people here like to take things, he couold very easily slap you with a lawsuit for harrassment and/or defamation of character. Never mind the fact that the OP even asked everyone to stop, but like a bunch of adolescent little babies, everyone continued. Now I am in no way saying I'm defending Elevation's handling of the situation, and if you would come down off your high horse stop playing with yourself, and read my entire post, you would see that. So why don't you take your own advice, STFU and read.

wow, tough crowd and i guess you are right, as for the manning comparision, but i was not trying to compare to him on a side by side level, just using it to get my point out there. As for me and mike and what we are doing, well this is not the first time that me and mike spoke about this, its not like we have never had conversation in regards to the situation since mike ordered, we have talked about 5 times, and when last informed , mike was waiting for new models, as for a refund mike was offered, ask him! guys its not like we took mike's money and we are about to exit stage left and stick him with it! not the case at all, we had a model change guys and it led to product shortages that we did not see, thats where we are wrong, but please understand, we are not out to take anyones money and just leave them out there, I guess what iam trying to say is that we have built a consistant line of products for a while now! our products are in a good amount of stores! and every other model that we manufacture is shipping, your talking about 11 other models, we are just not shipping amps! and we are not even taking pre orders on them! I think you guys can see that we are not a internet based sales company that even take pre orders! well again i know that mike has a strong team and I would not want to see my friend get beat either so that i can understand, but just dont go over the edge guys! theres alot of stuff being said that is way out of control and simply not needed! Me and Mike will work through it one way or another and i know that he respects each and everyones help but guys please think about what some of your are typing on a viewable webiste, iam not talking about the guys that are posting thier thoughts, iam talking about the guys that are posting things that they want to do to cause us business interruption, guys talking about calling our phone lines from work , or talking about email bombs and stuff like that, what iam trying to say is, thats uncalled for! as for the forum we are not contesting the power of it, but we are saying please dont cross the line, the forum is for posting thoughts, not for stating actions that you want to perform in a negitive mannor. I understand that its super easy to get caught up into the situation but please understand its mike and Elevation Audio that has a dealing, good or bad, so please dont do anything that you can be held accountable for, we are asking in the nicest possible way and please note above all, we are working to correct it, if we were not then thats a different story and iam sure mike nor me want anything or anyone to get in the way of us correcting this in a professional mannor. Exactly what I was talking about guys. Sometimes you don't realise that the things you do can result in serious legal actions against you. Joe is being as civil as possible, and yes, the situation sucks, but don't do something that could get you in trouble. It's not needed.
