Where's ben milne when ya need him????

on a serious note, I know Mike Meoni personally, he's a good guy and really doesnt derseve anything like this, so I really hope it gets worked out. He came to me about this issue last week, and I admit im the one who coaxed him into posting his issue.....yeah I know, im a troublemaker //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif But I dont like seeing Mike get screwed....I remember when Mike was first competing with Elevation subs like 2 years ago!

this has gotten way out of hand, i was never informed about anything because they have always been busy, who ever changed the name of the thread needs to close this and delete it immediately, i have gotten it resolved, they have infact been out of amps, and they will be getting me new ones as soon as there in, i will let everyone know how it gos, but as for now please delete this, thanks

Mike
I'm not closing or deleting it.

A company's actions of such sort shouldn't be censored just because they resolved it only after the wrath of an internet forum has struck them. If they truly cared about their dealers, or customers, it would not have gotten to this point. As such, it is a great piece of information for future reference for both members and guests. With any luck, this thread will even pull up in a google search.

Let the dirty laundry air...........

As was mentioned earlier....I would still have an attorney contact them.

Personally, I think everyone should stop calling and harassing the company. It's not gonna help matters, no matter how fun it may be. A lawyer definitely should come into play though, unless Elevation does something like give him the amps at 1/2 price or less, and the components on the house. Elevation was definitely in the wrong here. Before the order was finalized, they should have informed him that they were out of amps, and given a projected release date. If the date was pushed back, they should have called him to let him know. Lack of communication on the part of Elevation Audio is going to kill them. Everyone knows that bad news is a lot easier to take if the other party is up front about it. If you were to go into an order knowing that the items were backordered, you would then have a chance to either stick it out and stay with that stuff, or take your money somewhere else to get comparable equipment.

I have never even heard of Elevation Audio before reading this post. But I can see how someone would compare them to ED. Anyways, good luck man, I hope everything works out for you, and you should probably print this out to show to your customers so they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's nothing you've done to delay their installs.

While we have elevation audio's attention.......hey Joe, werent you going to send me a sub to evaluate? Now would be a good time for a good review on one of your products....if it passes that is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

You OBVIOUSLY cant read since it seems that elevation did NOTHING to aleviate the situation with Mike until AFTER the members of the forum spammed phone calls and they were called out. The members and their phone calls got the point across and this thread acheived the very purpose its creation intended. So please....stfu.
