sorry bro but im looking for a new pair...since im making my whole system new...thanks tho...

any other suggestions?

how about NEW ROCKFORD FOSGATE T1693C 6x9" 3 way coaxial speakers?

If you are going with JBL go with the best ones, they are monster's though and need to be top mounted. Cast aluminum frame and metal grill, very nice.

These are the anniversary editions of the original T545 very nice speakers.

Other nice choices are the Polk Audio MMC-690, JL Audio VR-690, and some of the Pioneer Rev Series.

I have some super rare Cerwin Vega CS-18A's that are a 2-way with cast frames and a horn tweeter that is integrated into the grill with a reset button in the event you overdrive the tweeter. But you don't want used.

I like the Digital Designs 6x9's they have some of the best sound out of any I've ever heard...Especially the Digital Design componet 6x9's ...I have a set BNIB you can no longer get them ...but they have a magnet on them like a basic subwoofer.....the highs are nothing short of very impressive...I put a set in the doors of my Tacoma....

As I owned a pair of the original JBL T545 ByNines I'll have to second the suggestion of getting the re-released version ~ the T595 that has been linked to above.

Back in the day the T545 was arguably the best multielement coaxial available in a 6" x 9" oval. The power rating seemed strange to me at the time - only rated for 100w Peak but also rated for 100w RMS.

HUGE magnet structure for a ByNine of that vintage as I recall. The pair I ran were in the doors of a standard-cab '81 Chevy truck being driven by a 60w X 60w Yamaha two channel and giving them nothing below 70Hz with that amount of power I couldn't even get them to distort. The more you cranked the volume knob clockwise the louder they got. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

Honestly, beyond what you need. It will do the trick for sure, but it is excessive. Not a bad thing, just more than you will ever need. No need...
