Advice for electric system

i have a 99 dakota club cab

ill be running either 2 12's or 2 15's

between 5k-6k

looking into alternator upgrades.

looking for other ways besides 700 for a alternator.

i have several stinger sp1700 batteries they are quite large tho.

any suggestions on some smaller ones. i know id need 4 or 5 but would like to use 2 or 3 if possible
