Subs fired towards the wall better than towards the back of the seat/front of truck?

I currently have (3) JL Audio 10W3V3s behind the rear seat of my '06 Silverado 2500HD crew cab, with the subs evenly spaced and firing towards the rear of the seat/front of the truck. Will I have better bass (SPL, SQ, lower extension, etc.) if I had a new box built with the subs facing the rear/back of the wall?

What does them being evenly spaced have anything to do with it? Flip you box around and find out.

Because I had a box behind the seat of a single cab Silverado about 6 years ago and the guy who built the box for me put the subs (2) over 2 one side facing the rear of the cab. He said it would have the most potential this way. I just mentioned that my current box has them evenly space just for reference.

My box won't turn round. It has a lip on the front side that is intended for the rear of the seat. I just want to know if I should have another box built with the subs facing the rear. I'll probably need to have one rebuilt because my box doesn't allow the panel below the back window to snap back into place because its just a tad too tall.

Do a search for box positions in ExtCab trucks. I just built a box for my girls Two CVX's. I built it subs and port up. Port at drivers side. That is said to be the best on the meter.
