Advice for an F150

IO have a 2001 F150 super cab which is all factory and its killing me. I used to do all my own installs but have been out of the game for 10 years and have no idea who makes crap and whats worth looking at.

im looking for advice on a head unit and new speakers, not trying to go crazy on price and would like a nice bassy speaker but dont really want to get into subs etc. unless maybe if theres a quick and easy under the front seats kinda thing.

Also am curious about i9f these double dins with mobile link can display the gps off of ones phone?
