Advice for amp set-up

Glad to have found the site and alot of great info/knowledge on the board.

I am currently working on the wifes 1995 BMW convertible and need amp advice for the following system......

6.5" CDT EF-61 (front stage)

5.25" Focal Access (rear fill)

2x Elemental Designs 9Kv.2 w/D4's

will be in custom vented box tuned to 30hz.

Problem I have is when the convertible top goes down the volume goes up, so I want to make sure the components have enough power. What amps would be recommended for the above? Would like to stay around $500.
