Is this possible?

In my 1999 Mustang GT, it has a mach 460 system in it. Here's the layout...

2 tweeters/woofers in my side door panels.

2 tweeters/woofers in the back

My passenger side amp in the back of the car has gone bad, and the only speakers affected by it are the two woofers in the back of the car, the rest of the speakers work still. My question is...

Is it possible to remove an amp in the car that maybe only powers the 2 side door woofers and place it in the back of the car to get my back woofers going again? I don't know exactly how the mach 460 system works with all the amps and all, but some of you might know if this is possible.

Because if I can hook up my 10' JL sub again in the back, then there would not really be a need for the woofers in that car anyways, it will drown them all out.

Well I'm trying to get my JL back hooked up, and I really don't know what I need to do. I've been doing little things, trying to second guess what to do in my car to get the sub hitting hard again. I purchased a Power Akoustic little stereo so I could run RCA's, but the sub was not hitting hardly at all, and I was getting the loudest engine noise out of all of my speakers. Maybe you can tell me what I need to do to get back up and going again.
