is it me or does hte customer service at Adire just ****?.....they reply to my emails insufficiently and it takes them forever to reply

Adire is a company that, IMO, seems to be growing faster then they are capable of. Because of this their CS seems to be lacking from everyone I have talked to about it.

prolly betetr off to call them.

just think about how many emaisl they woudl get in 1 day.

take 5 minutes to answer each eamil (witha good response) is ALOT of time

i don't really think e-mailing is the best method of getting a fast response with any company. if you need questions answered right now--call.

well im not necessarily looking for a fast response but atleast a same day response rather tahn waiting a whole day for a response

Their CS is lacking. But that is why they have dealers to answer questions for you.

But when you buy used products and then go strait to the company since you didn't work with a dealer, it makes things much harder to get settled.

And you have to look at it from Adire's perspective. They get an email from you saying you bought a used brahma, gave it about twice the recommended power, and then burnt a VC which isn't covered under the warranty. Chances are they won't even bother to reply to that.

But even though you didn't buy the brahma through me, I will do my best to get ahold of Adire and help you out

If you have a problem waiting a WHOLE DAY.......then you need to learn some patience.
