so cut where i want the plexi to go. then through the back cut another hole. stick the plexi through there and drill it through that hole to the front? and then ad a second piece of mdf to the back to cover the hold that i made to get the plexi in?

its a 4rth order bandpass by the way. so its all completely sealed up. except a whole at the top where an aero goes through.

i was thinking about cutting a hole where i want the plexi and then using a large piece of plexi to kind of "patch" up the hole. it wont be flush to the box or anything, but thats the easiest thing i can think of? too much maybe?

yea basically cut the hole lets say 10" high by 15" wide make a second mdf baffle full height of box included top and bottom. then cut the second mdf larger like 12x 17 so the plexi will fit inside it nice and flush.
