Where do you get your NGTs at, I cant find them for sale online...

you cant, you have to get them from CQ

the deka intimidator g31 is the same as a nsb90. they are great batts.

Just called my local carquest and those NGTs get expensive around here.

The guy gave me pricing on the carquest brand g31 batteries which do 1100CCA and cost $131.75 a piece?

Sounds like a decent price to me, any thoughts?

is that with or without a core? The carquest here only carries deka and the group 31 is 145 with a core or 165 without. THe cheapest i could find online was 200 shipped

yea but what Deka is that? Is it an Intimidator?

really you can go to most of your local battery warehouses or tractor supply places and get a group 31 battery for like $80 if all you want is a "group 31 battery"

Im just looking for a nicely priced g31 battery that is deep cycle and AGM based. I would like to go the PM or Kinetik route but price wise, that would just be stupid for me right now.

See the thing is, I asked if they carried the NGT Extremes g31 and he said no but he said they only carry the carquest brand batteries. He quoted me on the "carquest brand g31 with 1100CCA for the $131.75 with a $10 core charge.

I just take away the core charge since I work at a body shop and we always have dead batteries laying around

if the batts are going to be in the cab or trunk they need to be sealed. the gases can explode if they are not sealed. north star is very hard to get right now. i tried to get some before sbn this year & my wholesaler said it would late this year before they would be avalable. the deka intimidator g31 is supposed to be the same. not all group 31 batts are the same. the deka can take a hot charge where some batts will cook if you try to charge them at 40amps. the deka can be gotten online for about $180.00-$200.00 + shipping.
