Adding auxiliary input on an aftermarket sterr

I have a kenwood excelon vz907 and i want to add an aux cable because it doesn't already have a port for one.. Anyone ever bought a kit for installation?

Unless you can get a cassette with an aux cord coming out of it, this is very difficult to pull off. You are much better off just buying a new deck altogether. Unless you are very familiar with electronics and comfortable with opening and modifying your deck, this is a very ambitious task.

^^^^^ he is right, USB or CD's are better quality than an aux cord. I would get a new deck with a usb port to play your ipod/phone or flash drive.

That deck has two "AUX" input, they are just labeled AV Inputs because they can do video as well...

Just need a cable like this...

Plugs in to the hideaway control unit...

It depends there were tests done on the iphone's output and it showed to be just as good as any other output.
