Adding 1/0 welding?

I have 4 runs of 1/0 cca (2pos & 2 grnds). Can i add another pos and neg run front to back in 1/0 welding cable? Will that be ok.

you do realize the size of welding wire dont matter as much right? 1/0 welding cable is capable of like 500amps thru 1 16ft run right?

yes but u realize its pointless right u already have 500a reserve and ur not drawing near that much ...buy it and sell it..but no need to run it

all those runs more than u got are pointless...i know guys who switch fron 1 run pos and 1 neg ..switch to 4 runs of each to gain .2 on voltage and .1 on meter

Still working on getting them installed. I just got my fire wall cut today so i can run my 1/0. It got dark so i just put it off for now. But now just gota throw the dekas in, run the wire and get my custom buss bar for them

My friends has it. He upgraded to 2/0 welding cable instead for his new big project. And he priced it to me for 25 because he dont need it now. Im gonna get it just in case i want to use but i may very sell it due to i already have wire
