add a woofer

i know this is pretty general but...

i have tweets already. i made the mistake of buying them without the crossover or 6.5" midbass. any suggestions as to what to get? should i get an mb quart add a woofer and be done with it? thanks in advance for responses. chris

Budget? Mounting depth? What are your priorities in sound?

budget= not much. maybe 100 or so. my sound priorities are i just want somemidbass. now, off the cheap pioneers i have next to none. mounting depth will have to fabbed. i have a 6x9 hole so will have to make something with mdf rings. unless someone as a better idea.

Something Seas or Vifa should get you under $100, and be a pretty decent start...you'd need an external crossover or one that's built into a head unit, and four channels of amplification...
